Super Speech program provides a comprehensive and engaging platform for students across various age groups, focusing on developing their speech and presentation skills. The program covers multiple speech styles, allowing students to explore different forms of communication, which include persuasive, informative, narrative, and entertaining styles, enhancing their versatility in public speaking. Super Speech program is a well-rounded initiative that caters to the developmental needs of students at different educational stages, fostering effective communication skills through a combination of creativity, practical activities, and purposeful learning.

Power Speakers coaching is a comprehensive program designed to enhance communication skills for university students and working adults in corporate settings. Effective communication is crucial for professional success, and our program covers various aspects contributing to this skill set. The focus on speaking with impact, mastering impromptu speeches, and developing presentation and persuasion skills align well with the demands of the corporate world. These skills are essential not only for day-to-day interactions but also for career advancement. We tailor the delivery of the program to suit the audience with a thoughtful approach. Customizing the content to the specific needs of participants ensures that they can apply the skills learned directly to their respective environments, contributing significantly to the coaching program’s success.

She realises the importance of communication; public speaking is essential for improving communication skills and confidence levels in speaking effectively. When students can speak fluently, they will open doors for new opportunities, allowing speakers to share and transfer information confidently during oral presentations. She is the lead coach and founder. She oversees all aspects of the program, including program development and students’ progress. The programs are developed to enhance student’s ability to speak up effectively and help them succeed in speech and action. When students feel anxiety while speaking in class, they usually think of uneasiness that negatively affects their emotions, which lowers their self-confidence and motivation to speak up. Fear also causes physical reactions such as a shaking body, shaky voice, and external and internal discomfort, which the audience can see.

The program is designed to boost students’ communication skills. The program has been carefully designed to guide students with practical communication skills. The program has helped students broaden their learning outcome whilst having speech activities, games, and dynamic in nature.

As a trainer & coach, she also conducts workshops for university students. She believes that with effective communication, students will excel further as we approach the 21st century, and speaking skills are essential. The Super Speech program is designed for preschool students up to the secondary level to help students master communication at different stages. In addition, the Super Speaker program is conducted for university students and working adults to help them excel in their communication and presentation skills. The program helps students develop speech clarity, vocal variety, vocal projection, expression, body language, conversation skills, articulation, and impromptu, persuasive and informative speeches. Activities also help students to boost leadership skills and creative thinking skills.

Ms. Sharen is an effective communicator, a certified HRD CORP trainer and has trained individuals from on Effective Communication, Presentation Skills & Importance of First Impressions. She has been invited to speak at Pembangunan Wanita Perak, Schneider Electric, Asia Pacific University, and won the best speaker award in UNITAR. She’s very passionate in training & development as well as developing students into confident speakers.

Our Coaches

Our coaches guide students using the Super Speech approach, striving for the best in our students. They deliver the lessons in a motivating, engaging, and enjoyable style for the students. The coaches ensure a safe, fun, and nurturing environment to bring out the best in your child. “A great teacher motivates and inspires students.”

We are expanding and aim to have more coaches joining us as part-timers to coach students on achieving confidence in speaking. If you are passionate about public speaking, love talking and being expressive, and enjoy coaching children, we would love to have you on the team.

Build inner confidence to speak

The program helps students to build confidence and boost self-esteem and self-confidence while practising resilience and perseverance. Lessons are designed with fun learning activities to empower students and to impact them as confident speakers.

Initiate conversations in large groups

Students are guided to speak up in large groups and initiate conversations. As they build confidence, they would be guided on presenting in large groups with clarity and methods to engage the audience.

Improve public speaking abilities

Lessons are delivered in a fun, positive and non-competitive manner. Students are guided to set their mindset and their thought process and overcome challenges while maintaining focus without giving up.

Improve writing and presentation skills

Students are guided on creating mind maps to develop ideas about the topic. They may also apply it to write a short speech or story, which will be delivered as a presentation.

PRE-JUNIOR:

The Pre-Junior level is catered for young children to grasp understanding of stories with fun speech activities. It also helps in language development.

JUNIOR:
STORY TELLING IN

The Junior level is catered to primary students as they develop writing and presentation skills which includes speech activities to help students to build confidence.

TEENS:
SPEECHES IN
PUBLIC SPEAKING

The Teens level is catered for secondary students. They will learn speech writing, creative writing & presentation skills to further enhance their speaking skills.
